She has been a Senior Consultant in organizational systems providing: Consulting services in the design, and development and evaluation management.

Her consulting work is based on Innovation and Management Strategy that comes from the idea of how a Business Project becomes an organization. It is based on optimizing the organization survival stages: Idea Definitions, Concept Development, Start-Ups, Early Stage, Growth, Maturity and Decline.

She focused on the development project in the pre-feasibility, feasibility and development stages of different projects. The organizational structures and the establishment of evaluation and control parameters.

In her professional life she has been involved with executives, entrepreneurs, consultants, teachers and students in different kinds of organizations and projects in different sectors of the economy including the  social sector. Many of these consultancies have had international impact.
